Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
After reviewing your mother angiography I would like to say that she has a 90% blockage of Left coronary arteries (LAD).
The best way to deal with that is to do coronary stenting and angioplasty. This is the safeties and most recommended procedure.
Moreover, she will live a normal life after stenting. She will continue with aspirin, Plavix and other medical treatment.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Yes to put two stents at your mother heart is the best option. Please keep in mind that the stent reblock is a possibility that may be minimal with actual therapy (taking both aspirin and plavix or effient).
Moreover is essential that your mother conduct a healthy lifestyle and diet. If she was my patients I would recommend as follows:
- Eat a healthy Mediterranean diet reach in vegetables, fresh fruits and salads, poor in animal fats and diary products.
- Quit smoking
- Reduce alcohol intake to less than a glass of vine per day
- Increase physical activity
- Reduce unnecessary stress
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you and your family health!
