What Does This Anomaly Scan Report Indicate?

I am 19 weeks pregnant and underwent anomaly scan today(report attached).
The report suggests following points of concern:
1. Echogenic intracardiac focus: seen in left ventricle
2. Right Uterine Artery: shallow notch; PI-1.5
Please suggest the implications of the above points and how serious they are for the baby and corrective or follow up actions that should be taken.
The Radiologist suggested to go for fetal echocardiography to further diagnose the cardiac issue and to even repeat the anomaly scan. What is your opinion?
Also please note, that I am suffering from cough which started after cold from last one month. I have taken Dabur Honitus, Sinarset(PD) and homeopathy medicine for cough but there is not much relief. Can this cough be related to the baby's cardiac issue?
thanks,

Doppler and fetal ECHO advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I have seen the attached reports and in my opinion there is nothing much to worry.
The echogenic focus seen can be sine lesion which will be diagnosed only on fetal ECHO which is thus important to be done.
And as far as notch is concerned it can be there because of slightly deviated attachment of placenra and thus needs reevaluation at 24 weeks of gestation by a repeat Doppler.
So in total you definitely need fetal ECHO and fetal Doppler again.
For cough I think you need to visit a physician for proper examination as it has been long enough but is not related to cardiac status of the baby.
In the meanwhile avoid cold beverages, spicy food and do regular gargles.
