Brief Answer:
Your CA125 is raised.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and blood reports and it is showing increased level of CA125( a ovarian tumor marker) and enlarged or bulky ovaries.
CA125 level can be raised in some benign conditions like endometriosis,PID,benign cyst and fibroid.
It can be increased in ovarian cancer and other cancer conditions.
In your case as you had pain during menstruation and enlarged ovaries the chances of endometriosis and PCOD ruled out.
Can you please give more detailed about your symptoms and have you done any other investigation?
In my opinion one time report of high level is not a reliable indicator of anything, repeat test is advisable in your case.
So please give more detailed information about your symptoms and in ultrasound multiple cyst are there in your ovaries or only enlarged ovaries.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards
