Brief Answer:
Suggestive of iron deficiency anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

The appearance of the red blood cells in the smear is suggestive of iron deficiency anemia. Please get the hemoglobin levels also done to compare.

The count of the white blood cells is within the normal range and so are the platelets. In the differential count, neutrophil predominance could be either a natural phenomenon, seen in pregnancy, or due to some acute infection.

Please check with a physician for proper management. You are not in any danger. Appropriate management is sufficient. Take a healthy diet comprising of fresh fruits, vegetables, milk and milk products. Iron supplements will be initiated after 12-14 weeks of pregnancy.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
