Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings!
Thanks for posting your query on hcm.
I have gone through your query and also the attached reports.
Yes, nasal bleeding may occur in a hypertensive situation.
For control of blood pressure, you have been already started on AMCARD.
Also your cholesterol levels are mildly elevated any triglyceride levels are way above the normal levels. For this you have already been started on Tablet Rosuvas F. You may continue with these medicines as advised.
Also you must live a healthy and active lifestyle. As you are young, you may practice moderate exercise for around 40 minutes a day like brisk walking/ jogging or swimming.
You must eat a healthy diet along with less salt, fibre rich food, plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Avoid oily and fatty food.
For a personalized diet chart, you may avail the help of a nutritionist by clicking on the " Ask a Nutritionist" option.
If you have any further doubts/ clarifications, you may get back to me.
Regards,
Dr. Sonia

Medication advised, diet changes
Detailed Answer:
In my opinion you must monitor your Blood pressure three times in the next week. If your blood pressure is elevated, then you may start on anti hypertensive medication on a regular basis after discussion with your physician.
If I was your physician, I would continue keeping you on tablet Rosuvas F as it is mandatory since your triglyceride levels are very elevated. The normal levels should be less than 150 mg/dL. Triglycerides are basically the end products of ingested fatty foods.
You need to avoid saturated fats like butter and ghee. Avoid oily food, junk food and packaged food. Repeat lipid profile after 3 months.
Hope this helps you.

Thanks for your valuable answer,
I will show you my repeat lipid profile, doctor advised me to do Lipid profile this week.

continue with medications and lifestyle modification
Detailed Answer:
I have gone through your lipid profile.
It is a good news that your trigylcerides have lowered considerably. Well done!
With lifestyle modifications, diet restriction and continuation of tablet Rosuvas F your cholesterol levels are bound to return to normal soon.
Make sure that you are incorporating moderate exercise in your lifestyle everyday.
Get your lipid profile checked after 3 months again.

Dr. Sonia
