I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully reviewed all your uploaded tests and would explain as follows:

- You have low Hemoglobin levels coupled with low iron levels. These findings are indicative of chronic anemia from iron deficiency.
This could explain your symptoms. It is important taking iron supplements for a period of more than three months, in order to recover your iron body deposits and anemia.

2- You have low levels of vitamin D, which means you have deficiency of this vitamin and need to take vitamin D supplements until these levels turn back normal.
This finding can also explain partially your symptoms.

Regarding your blood lipid profile, although HDL levels are a little low, your Total Cholesterol/HDL ratio is 4.4 which is normal for your age. You don't need any treatment for this issue. Increasing food reach in omega 3 in your di( walnuts, olive oil, fish, fish oil, etc.) would be helpful.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
