Brief Answer:
Inflammation of liver.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for asking the query.
As per your query answers are.

Inflamed or injured liver cells leak higher than normal amounts of certain chemicals, including liver enzymes, into the bloodstream, which can result in elevated liver enzymes on blood tests. Most common causes of elevated liver enzymes may include: Alcoholic hepatitis (severe liver inflammation caused by excessive alcohol consumption) Autoimmune hepatitis (liver inflammation caused by an autoimmune disorder) .
Serum bilirubin is also elevated so blood serology should be done to rule out possibility of Hepatitis A,C,E etc.

Elevated liver enzymes, symptoms may include fatigue, nausea, vomiting, upper right quadrant abdominal pain and tenderness, loss of sex drive, mental changes or itching. They are all sign of problem with liver.

Hepatitis refers to liver inflammation. Most forms of hepatitis result from viral infection, although in some cases it is caused by an autoimmune disorder, in which the body's immune system attacks liver cells because it cannot tell the difference between harmful invaders and healthy liver tissue.
