Brief Answer:
Echo is grossly normal. Reason may be long stand in hypertension
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
If your blood pressure is well under control , The medications mentioned are optimum and you should continue the same .
Iewent thorough the echo report you have uploaded . Except mildly increased size of left chambers , everything else is normal .
The valve function are normal , the trivial leak is physiological and partly due to age , even the pumping function of the heart is normal .
So will all the above I wouldnt consider the mild enlargementioned to be significant , particularly if you have no symptoms like breathlessness or cheat pain .
Sometimes long standing hypertension itself can cause the above changes in echocardiography.
