Question: Is the endometrium 7.3 mm thick and isoechoic normal.surrounding anechoic halo detected.the endometrial artery is seen.what does it mean.is everything normal. Left over revealed a 12mm follicle.the ovaries and adnexa is normal.

My period started on 8th Nov N ended on 14th.after 4days again I saw blood with white discharge. I went to doctor.she gave me 3days medicine course. Blood stopped but I am feeling pain in lower abdomen left side. Any serious problem.what should I do for bulky uterus
