Question: Hello my son 43 yrs has got a serious lung infection from working in a very dusty area--without mask. Dust from dry gravel transpotation
We have the following report from a radiologist who states the following.
ExtensiveFibronadular Bilateral Densities
Worsening shortnwess of breath
Decreased This arterial Volumes ExtensiveFibronadular Densities throughout both lungs
thickening of the fissures
Differential is broard and would include scarcoldosis,pneumatoses and idiopathetic fibrotic disease.
CT recommended in view of severe lung changes.
CT scan booked in about 10 days.
He isw from Calgary and tomorrow we go to calgary together
Some idea of the severity from above would give us relief Thanks XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
