Hi I checked on the internet and it said 95 was moderate anemia.

Mild anemia is usually 90-120.
Moderate anemia is 60-90
Severe anemia is <60
Unless you have breathlessness or any cardiac symptoms, anemia is not to be worried about. Only when these symptoms become severe, then only blood transfusion will be necessary.
Until then, nutritional correction would be adequate.
Improve your diet and take vit B-complex along with iron supplements , it will improve over course of time.
