Brief Answer:
please provide lipid profile.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
1. Both these markers are not standard markers of cardiovascular risk. They have not been uniformly adopted by international governing bodies. The level of CRP above 10 itself indicated need of re-checking as this much of level indicate extra-coronary source of inflammation.
2. The risk prognostic information provided by LP-A is not beyond that provided by standard lipid profile. I request you to upload complete lipid profile along with any history of diabetes/ heart attack/ smoking/ high blood pressure/ stroke. I will be able to detail more on the issue.
Sincerely

Dear sir
Yes. A value of HbA1C of 6.5% is the cut-off for diabetes. This is important.
Kindly see a physician/ diabetologist for same. She may not be having diabetes but is definitely at verge. She definitely needs evaluation / preventive measures Including low sugar diet and regular exercise.
