Brief Answer:
INDICATES A NORMAL REPORT.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Let me explain ( by the way, you have entered the gender incorrectly I think ).
WHen a Pap smear is taken, it evaluates the cells of the cervix.
Endocervix is inside the cervical canal.
Squamous metaplastic cells means a normal physiological change.
Squamous cells are present on the outside of the cervix, sometimes they migrate inwards ( metaplasia ) due to age, hormones, menstrual cycle etc.
NEgative for HPV means there is no infection with HPV - human papilloma virus.
Satisfactory for evaluation means proper all round visualization was obtained.
There is no lesion ( abnormality ) or malignancy ( cancer ).
In essence, the report indicates a normal smear.
Do not worry.
All the best
