Brief Answer:
Smear shows infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
THe Pap smear is normal.
It just shows some evidence of infection / inflammation.
She should have an internal exam by an OB - GYN.
If the cervix shows infection, then antibiotic therapy for a few days is required.
Now regarding your problem of infertility, please let me know a few details=
1. What is her age ?
2. Are her periods regular ?
3. What investigations have been done so far for not being able to conceive ?
4. Why was a Pap smear done for her ?
5. what is her height and weight ?
6. is your sexual life alright, and have you been having intercourse around her fertile period ( ovulation days ) since 2 years ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
IUI is due.

Detailed Answer:
Can you upload all these reports ?
When follicular study was done twice, did she ovulate well ?
I think you should go for follicular monitoring now with ovulation induction and IUI ( intra uterine insemination ).
If that fails, then a laproscopy should be done to check if fallopian tubes are open.

Brief Answer:
Get some more tests done please.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Yes please send the reports when you are able to.
Regarding the hepatitis reports, please let me know when was the last report for Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C done ?
If they are not recently done, please repeat the HEpatitis B, Hepatitis C and Liver function test done.
Mild indigestion can be managed with soft bland home made diet and regular eating hours.
Please get a urine culture test done if you feel burning and smell at times.
That will tell you if any infection is there.
If all these reports are normal, they will not affect your fertility or sexual life.
Take care.
