small left paraovarian cyst 1.3 * 0.8 cm.
Minimal pod free fluid.
Is anything there to worry about..???

I Have uploaded my reports...only my last period got delayed by 1 month due to which I did this ultrasound....& I also found some white discharge from vagina...

In addition to pelvic ultrasound, you would need the following tests to confirm, please get them done -
FSH and LH on day 2 of period
TSH, Prolactin, DHEAS, Free testosterone, Lipid profile, OGTT.
