Brief Answer:
Hi I would recommend the following.
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir,
thank you for your query. your peripheral smear examination seems to be normal to me. occasional macrocytes can be normally seen or may be seen in early part of vitamin b12 deficiency or folic acid deficiency or other conditions.
However to know better I would like to see the hemogram report that includes a hemoglobin level and RBC indices value if available. I can then give you the best next steps to be taken. overall there is nothing more to worry. please do upload the reports if you have them
I hope this helps sir.
Do let me know if you have any other concerns sir.
sincerely,
Dr Parth Desai

Hi I would recommend the following.
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
Thank you for your reply.
Most of your hemogram findings are normal. The hemoglobin levels are slightly low. This may very well be due to recent infection that you had also known as anemia of inflammation. Another important test I would like to advice is stool for occult blood to rule out any mild gastrointestinal bleeding.
A repeat hemogram with ESR is needed after about a month to see if hemoglobin is falling or rising as you recover from recent infection. If it is falling further tests may be warranted.
I hope this helps sir.
let me know if you have any other concern sir.
