What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?
Question: Hi sir I am 26 yrs and I am unable to pregnant my wife. Recently got my sperm analysed in which I am not understanding the present of Puss cells 3-5 h.p.f & R.B.C'S, 2-4 h.p.f, I am attaching the test report, please advice me if my report is ok or I need any specific treatment.

I think your semen analysis is normal. Count and motility is good. But there is no comment on morphology of sperms.
You can go for a semen culture and sensitivity test to see if there is any infection or not.
If infection is there, you may need antibiotics according to the culture report.
Otherwise your report is fine. You can be in contact with your wife every 2 to 3 days after her periods stop. It will increase chance of pregnancy.
Get your wife evaluated. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries.

My wife had a test of U.S.G of Lower Abdomen in which in which (Kidneys, Urinary Bladder, Uterus and Ovaries), all are normal in size, & shape, nothing observed or seen. In UTERUS it is highlighted: Uterine cavity contains small amount of echogenic materials.(Though she never got pregnant before as we remember) P.O.D-No free fluid or mass lesion is noted.

T3 is 1.37 ng/mL, T4 is 7.42 mcg/dl and TSH is 0.66 mIU.mL

Hi, I think your wife's thyroid test and ultrasound is normal. There can be some cryogenic material if scan was done during periods or it can be a sign of infection. Get her evaluated by a gynecologist properly. She may need some antibiotics.
Also get a day 2 ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the number of Antral follicles in ovary. Track her ovulation by repeated ultrasound or by ovulation detection kits.
If she is ovulating normally, you can try naturally for a pregnancy for 6 months to one year.
You should also get a HSG test done for her to see the tubal patency.
If you have already tried for a year and tubes are normal, you may need ovulation induction with timed intercourse for conceiving.
Consult an infertility specialist for that.
