What Does This Stress Report Indicate?
Question: Hi I am a 43 yr old male. My stress test report shows resting ecg normal resting bp normal good effort tolerance no angina . Positive for inducible reversible myocardial ischemia. I am on medication for high np & diabetes. What does it mean ?

This means your Tread Mill Test (TMT) or whatever stress test done is positive. Which means your heart is fine when you are at rest, but as soon as you give him load , means stress to your heart,your heart gets reduced blood supply that is ischemia.
It simply means there is blockage in your arteries and you require to undergo Coronary Angiography.
