Brief Answer:
Means your heart is getting stressed on stress.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
This means your Tread Mill Test (TMT) or whatever stress test done is positive. Which means your heart is fine when you are at rest, but as soon as you give him load , means stress to your heart, your heart gets reduced blood supply that is ischemia.
It simply means there is blockage in your arteries and you require to undergo Coronary Angiography.
If you have any further query please ask me.
