Question: Dear Doctor,
please let me know the result of my scan (find the attachments ) the doctor told o confirm with your opinion ?? please advice what shall I do ?? thanks in advance.

From the information you have shared it appears you have several nodules within the thyroid. There is one nodule which is larger among all of them which should be investigated further.
On most occasions nodules within the thyroid are not malignant. However, since there is a small chance of malignancy a biopsy would be reasonable.
as the report suggests a fine needle aspirate shouldn't would be a reasonable next step. This would be a procedure where they pathologist or surgeon uses a very tiny needle to sample part of that nodule mentioned in the report. This biopsy can then be reviewed by a pathologist to see if there are any changes there that are worrisome.
another option would be to perform a radioactive thyroid uptake scan which can help tell us if the nodule is hyperactive or not. I don't necessarily think this is necessary because we can obtain definitive diagnostic material by performing the biopsy.

Dear doctor thanks a lot for your reply,
Shall I understand from your reply and accordance to that scan there is a small chance to be malignant cancer ?? or still chance to be benign , because the doctor told me it is cancer for sure . because the size is more than 2 cm and there increased vascularity please advice me doctor asap please.

I am never able to tell from an imaging study of something is definitely cancer. For this reason I think the biopsy is needed.
