Brief Answer:
Keep checking once in 2 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There is slight decrease in abdominal circumference of the baby suggesting possibility of IUGR ( growth restriction).

As of now there are no medicines to improve this . All you need to do is keep getting ultrasound scan done every 2 weeks so that compromise in baby can be detected at the earliest.

If there is variation in colour doppler values, pregnancy may neeed to be terminated immediately.

As of now there is no danger and pregnancy can be safely continued.

Regards
