Good day
noted your concern. this ultrasound shows possible bile stagnation in gall bladder with some crystal formation. this is a common finding in young women in their thirtees if they are overweight or obese. This ultrasound doesn't reveal a cause for your abdominal pain. Essential the scan looks okay.
