there it is
Brief Answer:
We should wait for at least 10 days to see further development.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Sorry for delay
Your findings suggests presence of a small cystic structure in the endometrial cavity. It can't be definitely considered as as true G-sac(sign of early pregnancy) because it lacks typical appearance of G-sac.
In early weeks (around 5 weeks)there is a rim of fluid around the G-sac which is called as double decidual sac sign. This is lacking in your finding so it can be called as indeterminate.
With these findings we should wait for at least 10 days to see further developments.
Obviously fetal pole, yolk sac are missing due to early pregnancy.
In short,we should patiently wait for at least 10 days.
Pregnancy can also be assessed by serial rise of beta-HCG hormone.
Wish you all the best.
Hope I have answered your query.
