Question: Hi i got my ultrasound done coz of no periods from 3 months. And the ultrasound stated that
no free fluid in pelvis. What does this mean.

Hi dear and thanks for your query.

As per your ultrasound examination done it seems to be normal.
Uterus normal,both ovaries normal.
No free fluid in XXXXXXX or cul de sac -means that you haven't any infection and /or haven't ovulated .

But you should contact with a GYNECOLOGIST because you have missed periods three months in row .
It means that you have secondary amenorrhea.
There are many reasons that can cause this.
Hence you need to do a list of blood test ,especially Hormonal test to determine the origin of amenorrhea,such as:
LH
FSH
TSH
Prolactine ect.
