Brief Answer:
Hi
Detailed Answer:
hi and welcome.
it is mode likely to be benign but surgery is required. this is probably myioma, lipoma or hemangioma of the muscle but malignancy can't be ruled out. fact that it has own blood flow isn't good sign but still cancer of this area is a rare scenario, however only pathohistologic analysis can give final diagnosisw so it must be completely removed.

They are going to do an incisional biopsy. Didnt really talk to me much about it just scheduled a biopsy. The pain is reallyintense and it gets larger during menstural cycle then gets smaller and still hurts a bit, well more like an annoyance instead of painful a week or so after it stops. When i cough or do something that pulls the muscle area where it is my entire abdomen gets a rush of extreme pain and it burns all over the entire stomach area for a minute or two
Brief Answer:
Better solution would be complete extirpation
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
I think that you should have complete excision of this tumor since incisional biopsy may show diagnosis but if this causes these symptoms then it should be removed sooner or later.
