What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Question: I had a scan on cd12 and was shown i had three follicles in the right ovary with the size of 12.8mm 12.6mm and 11.9mm I had an hcg injection on cd13 and on cd14 I was shown high on opk and I had a sucessful intercourse just before it shown high. it was around 12 noon it was shown high and now around 18.00 when I checked my urine on opk the high is gone-. will i get pregnant please advise..

You seem to have timed intercourse right. It is definitely possible to get pregnant in these circumstances.
I however would like you to know that there are many other factors that are not in our control which can affect the chances pregnancy.
Sperm quality and quantity in that particular ejaculated, quality of the egg, favorable environment for sperm to travel to the egg, well nourished endometrium to receive the fertilized egg are just some of the factors.
However, this is the scenario for every body. You have done the right thing. I advice you to Continue having intercourse over the next 3 days as well to improve chances.
If you have regular cycles and know when you ovulate, time I teahouse on the day of ovulation 3 days prior to maximize chances.
Use basal body temperature monitoring to pinpoint day of ovulation. This is the only way you can Confirm ovulation (rise is temperature after ovulation) at home
Please stay relaxed. The two week wait to find out if you are pregnant can be very frustrating and add to unnecessary stress. Distract yourself and keep busy. Continue your folic acid supplement, eat healthy, stay hydrated and we'll rested.

Wait till you have missed your periods to take a pregnancy test.
Do not be disappointed or discouraged. Keep trying with well timed Intercourse. If you do not get pregnant in 6 months, see an OBGYN to make sure all is well.
