What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: hi doctor .. I have done my sonography and in the report it is written

Uterus is slightly bulky and shows thick and echogenic endometrium
their is single intrauterine gestational sac like seen near fundic region
Fetal pole and its activity is not well seen at this stage.
G sac is 2 MM
