yes I have so much pain 2 days Period so much of blood what means dominant follicle is present in the right ovary A 1.2cm
Brief Answer:
These symptoms could be due to fibroid.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for such a long delay in my response.
Your symptoms are most likely due to the intramural fibroid. This is a incidental finding in your ultrasound and very small in size (12mm).if you are having severe bleeding, pain etc.the treatment can be given which depends upon your age, fertility and symptoms.
In your case most likely medical management is sufficient and now there is no need of surgical treatment.
In every cycle ovaries produce so many follicles, in which one get dominant (prominent) and can be fertilized by sperm.
If it will not get fertilized then it gets collapsed.
But dominant follicle size of at least 20-23 mm is for better fertilization.
Hope you've found the information useful.
Good luck.
