A limited examination of the abdomen was performed. The liver,
gallbladder,kidneys and spleen appear grossly normal.
A strong shadow is noted in the right peri umbilical region. This corresponds with the area of tenderness indicated by the patient
IMPRESSION; A strong shadow in the right peri umbilical region correspond with the area of tenderness indicated by the patient.This has features of bowel gas and may be static loop of bowel with bowel gas. There is no evidence of free fluid in this region.
