What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: This question is for my mother , who is 69 years old. About 3 months back, a stone in ureter was diagnosed. Latest NCCT and USG KUB reports are attached. Kindly let me know the options we have to proceed further. I want to avoid surgery if possible.

I am unable to find a place to attach reports

As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

The scans were done in may.
There has been a gap of over 3 months,in seeking advice.

That stone needs to come out, if it's still stuck in the same position.
You'll need to repeat the NCCT scan now.

Endoscopic surgery is a simple surgery,if she doesn't have any major medical illness. It's a routine surgery,without any pain.
The person is discharged in 1-2 days after surgery.
If the stone is left in the same position,that kidney will get damaged.
There's no pain after an endoscopic surgery.

Hope you've no more tension now.
She should drink about 12 glasses liquids daily.
