What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Also, I have had 2 missed miscarriages (both ended with D & C's), one birth (Son) who is now 4.5 years old. I had a delayed post partum hemorrhage at 2.5 weeks post delivery. I needed a blood transfusion and an emergency D & C with this. I had Melanoma Insitu 2 years ago, it was removed.
Low chances of miscarriage.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The rising numbers of HCG suggests that the pregnancy is still viable. The presence of a normal yolk sac is more confirmatory of a normal pregnancy. The low heart beat of the baby is worrisome. It is best to take proper progesterone supplements and low dose aspirin after consulting with your gynecologist to improve the placental circulation. The chances of miscarriage are low but cannot be completely ruled out.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
