What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

You should do an endometrial biopsy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
I have read your question and I understand your concern and I will try to give an explanation.
If your inner layer of uterus is 52 mm than it is called endometrial hiperplasia ,but there are four type of endometrial hyperplasia and you should know that endometrial hyperplasia is not a cancer but in some cases ,can lead to cancer of uterus, especially if the extra lining cells are abnormal.
Hence to determine what type of endometrial hyperplasia you have ,you should do a biopsy of endometrium.
Please feel free to make any further question.
Regards

Please respond,
Please upload ultrasound examination
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and apologize for late replay.
Please upload an ultrasound examination because it is super thick 54 cm,in my experience I haven't seen before.
Some centres use 4 mm or even 5 mm as a cut-off for endometrial biopsy.
I will be here waiting for your report.
Regards

It is super thick .....
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again !
As I mentioned above it is super thick because lower range of endometrium in menopausal women is below 5 mm.
But as I mentioned above diagnosis is done by doing D&C with biopsy and your symptoms.
Do you have vaginal bleeding ?
Do you have abdominal pain?
Do you have abdominal bloating?
Did you have any familiar with endometrial or other cancers?
Did you take any Hormonal Replacement Therapy?
I will be here waiting for your answers.
Best regards

no HRT
no other cancers
vaginal bleeding ... spotting
abdominal bloating, pain and pressure pain travels down my legs
pins and needle sensation in my feet lately
no mass in ovary
rest of inside looks good
You should wait to make D&C
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again!
I understand your concern but try to be calm because everything will clarify when you will do D& C with endometrial Biopsy.
D&C (dilatation and curettage ) is diagnostic and curative method .
It is a good sign that you haven't abundant vaginal bleeding but only spotting with that thickness of endometrium.
Please feel free for further questions.
Best regards
