Brief Answer:
Normal delivery possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Normal delivery is possible in such a case, however under proper supervision and in a centre with facilities of emergency caesarean section and neonatal facilities.
However, chances of non progress of labour leading to caesarean section are high if one goes for normal delivery.
You should take the decision after getting properly informed about both scenarios.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
