What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Question: Hello my wife's ultrasound report is -Uterus is bulky in size length 7.2cm, thickness 5.5cm and anteverted. Endometrial thickness is 13 mm. Myometrial echoes are normal. Both overlies are normal in size and shows multiple follicles.
Free fluid is seen in the cul De sac.
Please suggest what should she do?

Thanks for responding Doctor. Actually she is facing the problem of luecorhea for three years. She is feeling as the uterus is coming downward. She is feeling swelling inside vagina(right side). Rarely she feels little pain and strech in uterus.

If she is feeling that the uterus is coming down, then internal exam should be done by a gynecologist, to rule out uterine prolapse.
If that is the case, surgery is needed.
