cysts are thin walled
Brief Answer:
Hepatic cyst
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your question.
I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your question there are various types of cysts present inside liver and in various places so in your case as per report I may say it as a simple cyst as it is thin walled. They are thin walled with homogeneous low-density interior. Its management depends upon your clinical signs and symptoms only and surgical treatment is 100% better than other methods.
I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your follow up question.
As per your ultrasound report you have multiple cysts and you have no clinical history, so before proceeding please do following investigations if possible and show reports to your treating doctor-:
1)Liver function test, Prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (apt)
2)Renal function test[UREA & CREATININE]
3)Full blood count with differential & echinococcal antibody titers
4)Check [Carbohydrate antigen (CA) 19-9 levels]
So nothing to be worried at all and prognosis is good
I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further clarifications, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks
