Question: Did a USG Scan of Abdomen/Pelvis, The result is ok for rest but in Lever: Mild Hepatomegaly with parenchymal hyperechogenecity . No focal Lesion. Vascular and Bilary Radicals and Normal, Need suggestion and course of action
