Sir, I have uploded HSG report, please look it.
I have shown the report to gynaecologist , she has told that extra vessation may be due to some diaease e.g. tuberculosis or any other disease.
I am very worried about it.
Please elaborate what does mean in HSG report that EXTRA VESSATION OF CONTRAST IS NOTED.
Gynaecologist has told me that leakage of XXXXXXX may be due to some disease (tuberculosis or any thing) because of which extra vessation contrast is noted.

Brief Answer:
In XXXXXXX fallopian tubes block is generally due to tuberculosis.

Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
Your doctor is right.
Let me explain the things.
When XXXXXXX is pushed inside the uterus XXXXXXX travels through fallopian tubes in both sides and there is spillage(fall)of contrast in peritoneal cavity.
When fallopian tubes are blocked(In XXXXXXX fallopian tube block is generally due to tuberculosis),there is no route for spillage and in this condition, surrounding lymphatics get open due to pressure and we see extravasation of contrast.
Fallopian tubes are very important in fertilization.Fallopian tubes receives ovum and it is the site of natural fertilization.
Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
