Brief Answer:
Presence of RBCs and albumin suggests disease kidney disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The interpretation of urine test report is as follows:
The physical characters- color, specific gravity, pH and reaction are within normal limits.
The turbid appearance is abnormal . Turbid appearance is seen in conditions where cells- either pus cells or red blood cells are present in the urine.
Chemical testing shows presence of albumin in urine.
Albumin is a type of protein which is not normally present in urine.
Albumin is detected in urine when permeability of the glomerular membrane is increased.
Microscopic examination shows presence of few pus cells and plenty of red blood cells (RBCs).
Upto 5 pus cells in urine are considered normal.
However, presence of plenty of RBCs in urine is abnormal.
Presence of RBCs can be due to kidney disease or bleeding at any site in the urinary tract.
Stone in the urinary tract can lead to injury and thus bleeding.

Since, albumin is detected along with presence of plenty of RBCs, kidney disease is suspected.
Thus, you need to consult a pediatrician for further work up.
An ultrasound of the pelvic region will be helpful in detecting any stone in the urinary tract.
Renal function tests also need to be done to assess the function of the kidney.

Thanks and take care
