Brief Answer:
no

Detailed Answer:
Kidneys are supposed to drain out all that it gets in excess. so also the substances which are not required to be stored in the body or in excess of requirement which varies with time to time and day to day. calcium oxalate are the" routine " constituents of the urine and doesn't always indicate a disease state. It only indicates that the you have taken a food rich in calcium and oxalate ( and both, some times) on that period. Unless you demonstrate a significant number of stones in the kidneys, you don't need to worry about the mere presence of those ".crystals". Interestingly, those who bear such stones in the kidneys need not have such crystals in the urine. You can decrease the salt intake and by simply increasing the water intake, you cant avoid the stone formation if at all you have a tendency to get "stone" in the kidneys
