What Does This Urine Culture Report Indicate?

Question: Dear doctor I did the urine culture as requested and nothing seems to be wrong i am attachng my examination result and the culture result

I read your question and i understand your concern. I went through all of your labs and except slight vitamin deficiencies, you have no significant pathology. Your urine report is clear as well. So all you need is rest, reassurance and diet rich in calcium and vitamin D and some oral vitamin supplementation. Thats it.

Dear Dr. XXXXXXX if all is clear why do i feel pain in my right kidny and beneth it and also why the result sho that i have many bacteia in the urine

Your urine result does not show any bacterial culture. Flank pain may be mistaken for kidneys when its actually due to some musculoskeletal spasm. i would advise some bed rest, strong pain killers, adequate hydration and fluids intake and muscle relaxants. I am sure it will relieve the pain.
