Brief Answer:
It is due to the muscular stretching.

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you to my virtual clinic HCM!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

Mostly it takes a full month to get the muscles of the body toned a bit to go even harder on gym exercises. Our body muscles when doing gym gets bigger and new blood vessels develop to fulfill the need of the growing muscles.

They get strength too and you must have seen a dramatic improvement in stamina and weight lifting capacity of your muscles. It is high time you need a gym instructor as now you are able to carry even heavier weights and there is very high chance to injure the muscles in a way unnoticed even to the person himself at that moment.

One wrong move at this time may disrupt your whole stamina and whole month's struggle and regularity.

This tiredness is normal and I suggest you to do gym under strict guidance. This tiredness may remain there for a couple of days. You just need to take Ibuprofen. No worries, it will go away. Don't leave gym as it will worsen the situation. Give weight lifting a rest and do Cardio more until you feel better.

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you in no time. If satisfied here, please give a generous five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up after sometime regarding the treatment efficacy and to see any need to change the treatment options is very necessary. Keep a follow up some days after this visit session ends.

Brief Answer:
Yes it is all ok and is clearly due to the best of input/output balance.

Detailed Answer:
I welcome you back with a follow up and happy to help you with another query too.

Yes it is all normal as you have a very obvious reason of weight loss. I feel happy to tell you that you are at the best possible schedule right now. Your ideal weight range for your age and height is 72-88kgs and you are heading towards that. Right now you have lost a fraction of the total.

You should go at a constant pace to get the weight loss goals. Keep a pace that you may sustain in the long run. I see no adverse effects right now with the way you are heading towards the final goals. But please remain under the observation of a trainer in the gym and good food intake and fluids should also be assured.

If there was no diet modification and without physical activity you may have lost weight, that was a definite cause of medical concern.
