default
Posted on Thu, 30 Jun 2016
Question: I have felt an increased weakness upon exertion the past few weeks. My nail beds are purple and white with no luman? The past two days it is worse. I have trouble talking too much and when i bend over it is bad, like i have been running. My chores are exhausting. I do have polyneuropathy and stress . My neutrophil% is 42. My rbc is .5 too low. My MCV is 31.8 , just a .8 too low. My immature granulocyte % is .5. My rbc has never been low before.. I do take lamictal recently (last 2 months) and have had lots of chest xrays for chest pain that was determined to be atipical.

Brief Answer:
Hi I would recommend the following.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mam,

Thank you for choosing HealthCareMagic.

I did review your concern.

Weakness with exertion can be due to multiple causes. It could be due to low hemoglobin, heart problem, musculoskeletal problem or due to low exhaustion due to stress.
From the Hematology standpoint of view, white nails can be seen in anemias and so I would like to review your latest blood report. Can you please upload your report here. After I review it, I will be in a much better position to give you complete advice and recommendations.

I hope this helps.
Awaiting your reply with report.
Let me know if you have any other concern or any other detail related to your health you would want to share with me mam.

Sincerely,

Dr Parth Desai
