Brief Answer:
HSV1 is herpes simplex virus one.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

HSV1 is herpes simplex virus one, its pretty common and many people get it .It causes oral cold sores.Remains latent in body for years and may cause recurrent recurrences. But generally they are self healing. It should not be cause undue worry.

For HIV , current testing is pretty reliable. But if you want you can just get a repeat antibody test done after three months. This will help relieve your concern further.

Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
