Question : I have CML leukemia in remission, I have ano enlarged lymph node behind my ear. Have always been told that it is a warning sign and is emergent is it cause for concern

I am so sorry to hear about this swollen node and all the inconveniences this must have caused you. True a swollen node with a history of CML is concerning and calls for evaluation to see what the blood numbers say. However concerning this is, not all lymph nots means relapse of the CML.

There is no need for an ER visit at this time. I recommend a regular appointment with your hematologist or oncologist. Also, take tylenol to help relief the pains.
