What Is Incomplete Right Pelvi-ureteric Junction Obstruction?
Question: What is incomplete right pelviureteric junction obstruction due to stricture with grade II dilation of right pelvicalyceal system?
Brief Answer:
It's a block between kidney and bladder.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, I can understand your concern.
Urine flows from kidney to bladder, through a tube called ureter. A block in the ureter,at the junction, from kidney to upper part of ureter,is called a pelviureteric junction obstruction. (PUJO).
This affects the kidney and will need treatment, depending on severity of the block.
The diagnosis is made, after doing a CT-IVU.
If you send the reports here, i can give you an expert opinion.
Wish you well.
