Severe right neural foraminal stenosis refers to narrowing of the opening for spinal nerves to come out of spine and go to arms and feet. It is a finding on MRI of spine.
Treatment depends on patients symptoms and can include medications such as pregabalin, physiotherapy, epidural injections and surgery.
