Question : I have congestion and my right lung area neck and arm hurts when I cough. And or pick things up on the right side. 47 year old male I had a full blood and physical last month was fine. This started about 3 days ago

Get a chest xray done at earliest.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I went through your history. It suggests some underlying right lung infection so at least requires chest X ray PA view to rule out this.
Till then empirical antibiotic like azithromycin may help.
The infection can occur in a matter of days. So normal report a month back rules out any chronic lung disease but not the recent infection.

If xray is normal then a course of pain killer with muscle relaxant will help.
