What Is The Cause And Treatment For Fatigue?

Medical causes should be excluded first.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern!
In my opinion your symptoms now have nothing to do with your history of meth use.
If I were your treating doctor I would order some tests to exclude the most common cause for feeling tired including:
-Complete blood count to exclude anemia. If you have hemoglobin under 13 mg/dl you have anemia.
-Sugar blood test to exclude Diabetes. A fasting glucose over 126 mg/dl means you have Diabetes.
-Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid gland ) can be the cause. You should test thyroid function :FT3,FT4,TSH.
If these tests result normal then I would think other possibility like:
-Sleep apnoea
-Stress and anxiety
-Sleep problems (insomnia)
So I suggest to consult a physician and get examined.
-You should eat eat regular meals and healthy snacks every three to four hours, rather than a large meal less often.
-Drink plenty of fluids.
-Sleep well (go to bed and get up in the morning at the same time everyday; avoid naps through the day, and have a hot bath before bed).
-Avoid caffeine taking and cut down alcohol.
-Taking multivitamin supplements and omega 3 fish oil can help feel better.
Hope my answer has helped.
If you have any additional question or doubt to clarify, please feel free to ask.
Regards!
