Question: Have severe back pain problem from last two weeks. Need to consult for the same. Currently just taking combiflam (Painkiller) for this pain. But after some hours the pain occrus again. I have desk job so entire day i have to sit continuosly.

Diclofenec ointment and hot water fomentation. 3. Physiotherapy in form of back extension exercises, learn from a good therapist. 4. Avoid bending forward, lifting heavy weight.
