Brief Answer:
She might be having gastrointestinal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should get her clinically examined and investigated.
She seems to be having an infection of the gastrointestinal tract.

I would suggest that she should get her stool examined for any infection.

I would advise that she should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg.
A probiotic will have added benefits.
Further medical management can be planned according to the stool report.
She may need an antibiotic, if stool sample indicates infection.

She should eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
Also take care of her hydration.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
