Brief Answer:
No problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
FeNeed-XT tablets contain Ferrous ascorbate & folic acid . Fexid XT contains Elemental iron 60 mg, Elemental zinc 15 mg, folic acid 1 mg, mecobalamin 500 mcg. It contains carbonyl iron.
Both are iron supplements and can be taken during pregnancy. Fexid Xt is slightly better as it gives additional Zinc and methylcobalamin supplements.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
